I. GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. These regulations define the organization and rules for using the services provided by Apartamenty na Dworskiej, specifically the Relaxation Zone, at the facility located at ul. Dworska 1, Spytkowice 34-116.
  2. These regulations primarily define:
    1. the manner and form of service provision by Apartamenty na Dworskiej, ensuring proper accessibility and quality of these services,
    2. the conditions under which the apartments provide services to their Guests to ensure efficient operation, safety, and comfort for its Guests,
    3. the rights and obligations of Guests of Apartamenty na Dworskiej using the Relaxation Zone.
  3. Before entering the Relaxation Zone and before using individual facilities/services, you must familiarize yourself with these Regulations.
  4. The Relaxation Zone Regulations apply to all its Users. It is assumed that upon entering the Relaxation Zone, each Guest accepts the provisions of the Regulations and all other rules related to ensuring safety within the facility.
  5. The management is not responsible for events, damages, and their consequences arising from the facility’s Guests’ failure to comply with the rules specified in these regulations.
  6. In case of urgent necessity, the facility’s management may fully or partially restrict the use of Relaxation Zone services, especially in urgent situations or in the event of other unforeseen circumstances threatening the health or safety of Guests.
  7. The Zone is open daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The facility’s management reserves the right to change opening hours and to close the facility entirely on specific days.
  8. The Relaxation Zone consists of
    1. Recreational Pool,
    2. Jacuzzi,
    3. Sauna.
  9. Before entering the Relaxation Zone and before using individual facilities, you must familiarize yourself with these Regulations and the instructions for using the pool attractions, and adhere to them during your stay in the Zone.
  10. Persons present on the facility’s premises who violate public order, good manners (including using profanity), pose a threat to other persons present at the facility, as well as persons who do not comply with the provisions of these regulations and those responsible for the proper functioning of the Relaxation Zone, may be asked to leave.
  11. All incidents, requests, and comments should be reported to the facility manager.
  12. The facility manager is not responsible for items or documents lost on the facility’s premises, or for the user’s failure to familiarize themselves with these regulations and the instructions for using other attractions.
  13. Every user of the Relaxation Zone has a social obligation to immediately inform the facility manager about any situations posing a real threat to the facility’s users.
  14. The Relaxation Zone must be vacated no later than 10:00 PM.
  15. Within the relaxation zone, there is a complete prohibition on: smoking cigarettes, using electronic smoking devices (so-called e-cigarettes), and bringing in or consuming alcohol.

II. RULES FOR USING THE POOL AND JACUZZI

  1. It is forbidden to enter the pool and jacuzzi in outdoor footwear.
  2. Movement within the Relaxation Zone is permitted only in flip-flops/slippers ensuring safety and hygiene.
  3. When using the individual attractions of the zone, you must not create situations that endanger the safety of others present, and in particular, it is forbidden to: run in the Zone, dunk or push other users into the water, and
    any other behavior that endangers safety, consuming food products, bringing sharp objects, glass dishes, and packaging, throwing any objects into the water, using attractions in a manner inconsistent with the regulations and instructions, damaging equipment, relieving physiological needs in the water, inserting body parts into openings inside water basins and jacuzzis used for water jets and massages, using soap and other chemical agents, polluting pool water, raising false alarms, the presence of persons whose condition indicates alcohol or other intoxicating substance consumption, and consuming alcohol.
  4. In the event of water contamination in recreational facilities, i.e., the jacuzzi or pool, caused by a Guest (including, but not limited to, introducing chemicals, cosmetics, food products, beverages into the water, as well as through behavior violating hygiene rules, facility usage regulations, or generally accepted usage norms), the Guest will be charged with covering the costs necessary to restore the full cleanliness, hygiene, and functionality of the given facility. These costs are: – PLN 1,000.00 gross for jacuzzi contamination, – PLN 2,000.00 gross for pool contamination. The above amounts constitute a flat fee for activities related to emptying the facility, cleaning it, disinfecting it, refilling it with water, and restoring it to full operational efficiency.
  5. Use of the Relaxation Zone is prohibited for persons who have or show external signs of: skin diseases, open cuts and wounds, breathing difficulties, balance disorders, epilepsy, circulatory system disorders, neurological disorders, infectious diseases, lack of personal hygiene, frequent intravenous injections, or aggressive behavior.
  6. Persons in a deteriorated state of health, fitness, or well-being, as well as pregnant women, should use the Relaxation Zone according to their current health condition and with particular caution, and the facility manager is not responsible for any negative consequences resulting from the failure to observe this duty.
  7. Children under 18 years of age, blind persons, and persons who cannot move independently without assistance from others, may use the pool only under the supervision of an adult. Parental or legal guardianship cannot be transferred to other persons, especially to the Apartamenty management.
  8. Use of the zone is equivalent to an undertaking to exercise due diligence to protect one’s own life and health and that of others, and in particular: familiarizing oneself with and complying with the usage regulations, adapting one’s activity plans to one’s own skills, general fitness, and health condition, and immediately informing the facility Manager about any accidents, injuries, and other events that may affect one’s own safety and that of others.
  9. The facility manager reserves the right to temporarily shut down all or part of the facilities.
  10. A maximum of 5 people may be in the jacuzzi at one time.
  11. After using the jacuzzi, the tub must be immediately covered with a protective cover to maintain cleanliness and the appropriate water temperature.
  12. While using the jacuzzi, it is forbidden to:
    1. consume alcohol,
    2. bring glass objects,
    3. smoke cigarettes, e-cigarettes,
    4. enter and exit in a place other than that adapted and designated for it,
    5. jump into the tub,
    6. submerge your head underwater,
    7. spill water,
    8. contaminate the water,
    9. disturb the peace of other users,
    10. behavior considered indecent, inappropriate, or offensive.

III. SAUNA USAGE REGULATIONS

  1. The sauna is open daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The facility’s management reserves the right to change opening hours and to close the facility entirely on specific days.
  2. Use of the sauna is permitted only for persons over 18 years of age.
  3. The sauna is a textile-free zone, meaning that sauna use is permitted only with a special pareo or towel. Do not enter the sauna in a swimsuit.
  4. Only healthy persons without contraindications to high temperatures may use the sauna. In particular, the sauna should not be used by: persons immediately after endurance training, persons aiming to reduce weight (e.g., before competitions), women during menstruation, persons suffering from glaucoma, persons suffering from epilepsy and psychotic states, persons suffering from acute and chronic infectious diseases and their carriers, persons in a state of acute febrile illness, persons with a high tendency to bleed, persons suffering from chronic tuberculosis, neoplastic diseases, and anemia, persons suffering from circulatory system diseases, persons suffering from reduced adrenal cortex function, hyperthyroidism, and myxedema, persons suffering from phlebitis, atherosclerotic conditions, and coronary artery disease, persons in post-infarction and post-stroke states, persons suffering from severe skin diseases, including eczema, persons suffering from acute inflammation of internal organs, persons with decompression symptoms, and persons suffering from severe vegetative disorders of the central nervous system with serious circulatory disorders.
  5. Entering the sauna confirms the absence of contraindications described above and compliance with the above Regulations.
  6. You must enter the sauna barefoot.
  7. It is forbidden to use liquids, essences, oils, and other substances brought from outside for steam baths. It is especially forbidden to leave any items (e.g., towels, bathrobes, and bath sheets).
  8. Do not touch the heated stones on the stoves or elements of the heating system supplying heat to the heating devices, as this poses a risk of burns.
  9. Seating areas may only be used after covering them (e.g., with a towel, bathrobe, or bath sheet).
  10. The behavior of Guests in the sauna must not disturb the relaxation of other visitors or be bothersome to them. Running and making noise are forbidden. All users of the relaxation areas are obliged to maintain silence and peace. No sexual behavior or activities are permitted in the sauna.
  11. In the sauna, there is a complete prohibition on consuming alcohol and bringing glass dishes or packaging.
  12. The management is not responsible for incidents arising from non-compliance with the Regulations and for incidents related to Guests’ poor health.
