1. These Regulations define the terms and conditions for booking and renting the Dworska Apartments. Making a reservation is equivalent to accepting the provisions of these Regulations.
2. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
4. In case the Guest does not arrive by the specified date, reservations guaranteed by a deposit will be automatically canceled at 10:00 AM the following day, and the deposit paid is non-refundable.
5. It is possible to extend your stay only if there are no prior bookings for the apartment by other guests. In this case, payment for additional nights is only possible in cash and no later than 10:00 AM, which is the end of the current stay’s day.
6. Check-in and check-out take place at the apartment in the presence of the Owner or an authorized person.
7. The Guest may not lend or sublet the apartment to other persons.
8. In the event of exceeding the declared number of occupants in the apartment (without the Owner’s consent and knowledge), the right is reserved to immediately
terminate the agreement with all consequences, without the need to refund the fee paid earlier.
9. Upon arrival but before moving in, the Guest is obliged to inspect the apartment, i.e., check the furniture, windows, shower cabin, and other equipment located within.
10. Any remarks regarding damage or destruction must be reported immediately to the Owner. The Owner allows for the possibility of discovering so-called hidden damages. Failure of the Guest to report such damages within 4 hours of receiving the keys means that the Guest has no objections to the entire property, and all equipment and furniture are in good condition.
11. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for all types of damage or destruction to the apartment’s furnishings and technical equipment occurring during the stay, whether due to intentional or unintentional fault.
12. The Guest bears sole and full responsibility for persons staying with them (including children).
13. Users of the property are obliged to comply with fire safety regulations.
14. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
15. Due to fire safety requirements, it is forbidden to use any electrically or gas-powered instruments or devices in the house that are not part of the room’s equipment and could create a fire hazard, e.g., electric heaters, radiators, gas burners. It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives, and materials with an unpleasant odor into the house.
16. The Guest is not allowed to make any repairs or changes to the apartment without the prior consent of the Owner. The Guest is obliged to immediately inform the Owner about the need for repairs.
17. In case of technical malfunctions, the Guest is requested to report them to the Owner as soon as possible, which will enable an appropriate response and action.
18. The Owner is not responsible for temporary inconveniences caused by independent suppliers, e.g., temporary power outages.
19. The Guest is obliged to use the apartment according to its characteristics and intended purpose.
20. Each time the Guest leaves the apartment, they should check that the door is locked. The Owner is not responsible for items left in the apartment.
21. Each house has one parking space. A larger number of cars must be reported to the Owner at least 1 day before arrival. The parking lot is unguarded. The Owner is not responsible for the theft or damage of motor vehicles or other property belonging to the Guest.
22. In the event that the Guest significantly disturbs the peace and/or well-being of neighbors, fails to comply with generally accepted norms of coexistence, and/or in the case of a justified police intervention, the Owner reserves the right to terminate the Guest’s stay in the apartment and is not obliged to refund money for the unused period of stay.
23. Pets are strictly prohibited on the property.
24. The Guest is obliged to maintain and return the apartment in its original condition, which includes, in particular: leaving dishes and kitchen equipment washed before departure, emptying the refrigerator of food and leaving it clean, leaving the grill in good condition, and leaving the surroundings of the house in their original condition.
25. Failure to return or loss of keys to the property (apartment) incurs an additional fee of PLN 50, which will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
